What are the shipping times for your products?

We take 2-4 days to process your order and then 1 to 2 and a half weeks at most to deliver it to you.

Do you ship all over the world?

For the moment, we deliver mainly to Europe.


Where do we ship your product from?

Our offices are located in Marseille , in France . Our international warehouses are located in China, Europe and the USA.


Do you provide product tracking / tracking information?

No worries, we ourselves follow the delivery of your order very seriously, until the actual delivery to you.

Some items are missing from my order, what is happening?

Our products can be shipped separately according to your order. If this contains, for example, items from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.


I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the email address: bonjour@astra360pro.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

We can also process a refund.
